Use of Membership Information
The information collected in this application will be used by UWCNY to create a database of members. This information will be used to publish a membership directory for the personal use of members, to communicate with you and to analyze membership trends. It will not be sold, loaned or provided in any way to any other individual or organization. The Directory is available on the members’ only section of the website and is also available in print for club use only.
Insurance Waiver
By completing this application, you agree that the Club assumes no liability at any UWCNY Club events and that when you attend, it will be at your own risk.
PHOTOS: It is your personal responsibility to remove yourself from a photo if you do not wish to be in it.
